ACCOMMODATION
Casale degli Olivi is an early 20th-century private villa located in the San Giovanni del Pantano valley. The property is over 400 sqm, divided into two floors. All bedrooms and communal areas are spacious, with high ceilings, terracotta tiled floors, and lots of natural light. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms.
Living Room
The large living room has two seating areas enough space for 12 people. There are 4 sofas seating 2 and 3 people plus 2 armchairs.
Bed Rooms
All bedrooms are spacious with air conditioning. There are 3 bedrooms with king size bed each with an ensuite bathroom and another further 3 bedrooms with two single beds each sharing one large bathroom.
Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen, including a large pantry with two fridge freezers, ideal for to keeping all your groceries cool during the hot summers. There is a direct access to the pergola at the back of the house.
